- The first thing we notice when we look at this is the dominant picture placed in the centre of the page, eye contact directed at the audience to draw them in.- Large title at the top of page big bold font to stand out and catch the audience's eye. The pose and facial expression shows there could be action included in the film.
- Lots of different colours used for different things, making them all stand out, in different sized fonts. The dominant colour sets a dark atomosphere possible reflecting the atomosphere of the main film review which in this case is x-men 2!
- Other magazine instalments dotted across the page, however mostly towards the bottom, allowing audience to see what is included in the magazine before they buy it, without having to go through the contents of the magazine.
- Date, magazine issue and price showen, letting us see it is a professional magazine. the price of the magazine is £3.00, however it was published in feburary 2003, so modern day prices would proably vary.
